I spent several hours last night figuring out the vagaries and nuances of the SSL certification and encryption process. I managed to install successfully a high-grade 256-bit, 1-year, SSL cert to protect the sub-domain secure.stans-services.com which I found on sale for $12.99 from GoDaddy.com and installed through the rapidware.com cpanel. Quite the arduous task, but now I know I can replicate doing this for others as the sitation demands.
I also spent time learning how to operate a computer remote access tool entitled TeamViewer which is free for non-commercial use so I’ll use it to aid in the diagnosing of issues at a distance.
